​Growing up, I was one of the tallest girls in my class. In junior high, we wanted to fit in, and do what the other kids did. Tall girls wanted to dance too, even when our male dance partner was a head shorter. A mix of music, sweat, insecurity, hormones, strobe lights and gymnasiums.
