'Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory' - Dr Seuss
Maryanne Buschini
Fine Artist
STATEMENT:
Maryanne Buschini is a visual artist, and painter. In her figurative paintings, she explores the vulnerability that is part of being human. Using found photos as starting reference, her paintings’ subject matter and storytelling concerns what we do with emotions - those underlying feelings that expose themselves – whether we want them to or not.
Her body of work investigates memory, relationships, ancestors, and community. Viewers often connect with familiar relationships and emotions in these paintings.
